COVID-19 Update – November 2020

In light of the restrictions coming into effect from Thursday 5th November we’d like to share the following update with our customers about how we will be operating in the coming weeks:

SALES DEPARTMENT – VIRTUALLY OPEN

Our Sales team are available to assist you with your requirements via phone, email, or video call where a socially distanced demonstration is not a possibility.

SERVICE & PARTS DEPARTMENTS – OPEN BY APPOINTMENT
From 5th November, these departments will continue to operate as normal for technical advice and support, as they have been for many months now in a COVID secure manner

Our Parts team are working as normal and are available for orders or advice so please get in touch.

Please call us with your parts requirements and we will arrange to take payment over the phone prior to your arrival where we have a contactless system set up.

Please remain 2m away from ALL staff and other customers and please wear your mask at ALL times.

Our phone lines may be busier than usual so please bear with us during this time.
