E-commerce Manager

The business is a well-established; family owned and run agricultural and horticultural dealership. The firm has run successfully since the early seventies. At this time the company bought and sold agricultural tractors, machinery and associated spare parts.
The company now also sells spare parts successfully online and is looking to significantly develop and grow this aspect of its business.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Manager, to join our existing team. This is a growing role and presents a wide range of opportunities for the successful applicant. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Oversight, development and control of e-commerce website
  • Ensuring all e-commerce eBay processes are completed and customer orders are fulfilled
  • Recording information on eBay sales, messages and listings
  • Providing appropriate reports
  • Identifying any improvements that can be made in e-commerce activities
  • Undertake any other activities as directed

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Full understanding and knowledge of e-commerce
  • At least 1 years’ experience of working within an e-commerce role
  • Understanding and skills in SEO and digital marketing
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and commitment to the role
  • Well-developed IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A good level of both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with own initiative and meet deadlines

Working Hours:
8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday

E-commerce Assistant

We are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Assistant, to join our existing team. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensuring administrative processes are completed within agreed timings
  • Supporting the wider team to fulfil their roles and meet budgetary targets
  • Supporting the e-commerce side of the business
  • Taking basic photographs for eBay listings
  • Undertaking scheduling and updates for social media and website
  • Identifying and undertake basic marketing tasks to promote the business
  • Undertaking any other activities as directed

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience of working within an administrative or e-commerce role
  • Some experience of e-commerce or basic marketing activities would be useful, but not essential
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and commitment to the role
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A good level of both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with own initiative and meet deadlines

Working Hours:
8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
